New Beginnings

Hey everyone,

It’s been a while since I’ve posted an update, but I wanted to share with you all how things have been going lately. Life has been quite the rollercoaster ride and I’ve been slowly making my way back to the gym.

As any new parent knows, sleepless nights are just part of the package. Some days, I find myself too exhausted to even think about hitting the gym in the morning. But I’ve come to realize that it’s okay to cut myself some slack on those days. Taking care of myself also means listening to my body and giving it the rest it needs.

One thing that’s been bothering me lately is how bloated I’ve been feeling, particularly around my stomach area. It’s been making me self-conscious, almost like I’m still carrying a baby bump. But instead of letting it get me down, I’ve decided to tackle it head-on. I’m determined to work hard on that problem area and regain my confidence.

In addition to all of this, I’m gearing up to return to work next week. The nerves are definitely kicking in, but I’m also feeling excited for this new chapter. It’s a fresh start, a chance to embrace new challenges and opportunities.

So here’s to new beginnings, both at the gym and in the workplace. I’m ready to take on whatever comes my way, one step at a time.
