Lately, I’ve been riding high on an energy wave. It’s like someone slipped an extra boost in my morning coffee, and I’ve been making the most of it. You know that feeling when you hit the gym consistently, and slowly but surely, everything becomes a little lighter? That’s where I’m at.
I’ve been loving the benefits of feeling stronger. The other day, I noticed how much easier it is to juggle tasks around the house, especially with Justine getting heavier by the day. Now, I’m not just carrying my baby, but also juggling groceries, cooking, and sometimes even applying makeup while holding her.

I had to abandon my onions to give her some needed attention!

It might sound a bit crazy, but it’s a testament to the strength I’ve been building. Every time I trek up and down the stairs, I do so without feeling like I’ve just run a marathon. It’s a little victory I’m celebrating because, let’s be honest, who wouldn’t be proud of such ninja-level multitasking skills?
What’s making me especially grateful is how seamlessly these tasks are flowing together. The strength I’ve been building at the gym is shining in these everyday moments. I never thought my workout routine could have such a real-world impact.
